DilWaliDeal.com offers easy and quick Refund on your Return orders. We at DilWaliDeal.com work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and affordable prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivery. DilWaliDeal offers a fast and friendly return or refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress.

Reverse pick up from your shipping address: 

Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.

Self-ship: 

In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a Bank Transfer or voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Need to Return – Few points to remember

  • Do not return the products before receiving the confirmation from DilWaliDeal.com. No guarantee will be provided for credit or replacement of the product for non-acceptance of returned parcel.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at dilwalideal@gmail.com
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply.

Refund Policy

  • If the product of your choice is out of stock,  than refund generates within 2 working days approx.
  • Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition
  • Products which is not as per “Description/Photo” on the website
  • Products which you may not like for the “Quality/Color/Design” related issue
  • After receiving the parcel, the products of order transfer to the warehouse to verify with help of quality checking team then a refund will be reflected within 7 working days approx. into your account.
  • Refunds can only happen via Bank Transfer or E-Voucher/Credit coupon.
  • Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot get deliver cash through couriers.
  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned in Contact us page.
