We deliver to 130 countries worldwide, and to 511 destinations within India. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. But most importantly, we believe shopping is a right, not a luxury, so we strive to deliver the best products at the most affordable prices, and ship them to you regardless of where you are located. will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after verification. As soon as the Items are ready, it is handed over to the courier company. Once order ship, tracking details are being provided on registered Email ID.

Processing Your Order:

All orders are processed from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.  We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges:

For order above ₹999 shipping is absolutely free in India. For orders below ₹999 there is a normal fee of ₹59 charged for delivery. (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.

Address Change:

You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped.  Please tell us about your address by Customer Care Mobile Number (8000484812) or by Email (

You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra. 

Shipping in India

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India. Domestic orders delivered within 6-8 business days. (Business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).

International Shipping delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies are used to deliver your product. International Shipping cost minimum Rs. 980 for the first product, after which Rs. 380 is added per product. We deliver within 15 Days to any international location, including quality checking. However, we will do our best to support your request. Remote areas as suggested by our courier partners will take additional 5 days.

Duties & Taxes For International Orders

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. For international customers we send the package as a personal use item only but if the customs is applied for that country it needs to be paid by the customer and take the delivery for same. Company is not responsible for any Custom duties. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

Tracking  Package

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. 

Non-availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse in India. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Modes of Payment

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, Rupay & COD) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

For all international transactions, we accept major Credit & Debit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. PayPal and PayU are our third party payment gateways.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
  • C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 249 and maximum of Rs. 25,000 only.
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Returns / Exchanges & Cancellation:

We take great care in delivering our products to the highest quality standards. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days to 30 days of the receipt of item. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the Product. *

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency, then DilWaliDeal will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.*

If you feel packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. Call us at 8000 4848 12 or Contact us with your order number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. By email at with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 24 working hours.
